Do you ship to places outside the United States?
We currently only ship to the US (including Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii).
For APO addresses or PO boxes please contact Customer Service.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We currently accept all Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We also accept all debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo.
How long will it take to get the order & how does it ship?
Orders within the continental United States will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days of receipt.
What is your return policy?
We'll gladly accept returns for any Swissco products purchased online upon receiving your items within 21 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product.
To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product. Mail your Swissco online return to:

We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 21 days of the PURCHASE date. It takes up to 14 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
What is your exchange policy?
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for returned products at this time.
How do I find a brand or product on your site?
Using our search box, you can type in brand names or keywords to find the item you are looking for.
I forgot my password
If you forget your account password, click on the ‘forgot password’ link. The password retriever will send you an email with your password.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be in your order history. That can be viewed through ‘My Account’.
